Went to my friend’s daughter’s wedding on the weekend. It wasn’t your traditional wedding. Ceremony was in a country church In Bacchus Marsh and lunch was in the camping site – Camp Sunnystone and reception was in the same camp site in a marquee in the middle of nowhere.
It rained so hard the 2 days prior the event and I got worried every time I heard the rain on my roof top. But I was also thinking of my friend…I bet you she was worried a thousand times more (as mothers always do).
But when the day came, weather was perfect and everything went as planned.
But oh did i mention that we had to walk on a rocky mountain side and our shoes (tho we were told to wear flats) were full of orange dust by the end of the day.
