Morning after the Storm

“Don’t confuse your path with your destination! Just because it’s stormy now doesn’t mean that you aren’t headed for sunshine.” – unknown

In mid October 2016, when I went back to the Philippines, I experienced a very strong typhoon. My family and I went to Ilocos, and we smashed right into cyclone “Typhoon Karen”. We stayed in our hotel room for 2 days and could not do anything else. But on the third day, when we woke up, our MORNING  was greeted by this beautiful sunshine.

This is for Ann Christine’s Lens-Artists Photo Challenge.

This was when the cyclone was at its fiercest.

    1. Haha we were in quarantine already during that time. But seriously, yes, that morning sun was a big surprise to us because we thought we may go home without enjoying the place. Thanks for the comment Amy.
