It is a time of social unrest in Hong Kong and I sincerely hope that this will end sooner than later. That, having said, I am featuring The Peak Tram for Frank’s Tuesday Photo Challenge – Steep

The Peak Tram in Hong Kong is a one of the oldest and the world’s steepest funicular railway. This carries tourists and locals on a seven minute journey and offers an ultimate experience to the rooftop of the Victoria Peak.

Once you get down the tram, you will see the Sky Terrace viewing area. Here you will get an amazing 360 degree panoramic view of Hong Kong, the Victoria Harbour, its skyscrapers and its surrounding greeneries and mansions.

This is bringing me back some good memories, because aside from my husband, who is my usual travel buddy, I went here with my sister and niece and nephew.

Aside from the wonderful view, there are more attractions at the top. There are restaurants, Madame Tussaud’s wax museum and a big I love You heart.
