“With age, comes wisdom. With travel, comes understanding.” – Sandra Lake
The Malacanang of the North was once a working residence of the late ex president Marcos and his family, when they were having holidays in the northern part of the Philippines. It was named after the official residence and workplace of the President of the Philippines in Manila, the Malacanang Palace.
It is a grand mansion set with beautiful grounds, overlooking the lake. It was one of the many properties owned by the first family and was sequestered by the Philippine government when the Marcoses lost their power. This now serves as a museum.
This is for Xingfumama’s Pull Up a Seat Challenge – Malacanang of the North

beautiful, Techie! we were fortunate to have visited the mansion just to ourselves. no tourists except us. 🙂 🙂

It seems so peaceful, but in reality there are always visitors and tourists in this museum, so its a bit chaotic!

In that case your images did a lovely job of showing the peaceful side and not the chaos.
