The Colloseum and the Arch of Constantine – Wanderlust @65

”How is it possible to say an unkind or irreverential word of Rome? The city of all time, and of all the world!”- Nathaniel Hawthorne (American novelist. 1804-1864)

Going to Rome, I didn’t even have a clue that these two iconic Roman buildings are just standing right beside each other. The first time I found out was when our tour director took us there for a photo group shot.

And for Nancy Merrill’s A Photo a Week Challenge: Three for this week I am posting 3 different shots of these two historical structures of Rome.

Bird’s eye view, normal shot and closeup shot of the Arch of Constantine

And here is the 3 different shots of the Colloseum.
