This is Vigan, a province in the northern part of the Philippines. It is known for its preserved Spanish-era streets. Vigan is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This horse and carriage (karitela) can be used as transportation for locals as well as for tourists.
Here are some of the doors that can be found in Vigan.

I can see why you say it’s like going back in time. Thanks for taking us along for the ride, although that horse seems rather skinny to pull all of us, let alone one or two.

Well, when we rode that “karitela” it was 3 of us and we went home alive. Just don’t ask me how I went down from it haha
