My friends and family went to this place, not expecting anything…we just wanted to go for a walk. But to our surprise, we were all amazed by the beauty of all the works of sculpture and the story behind it all.
The original and unique artworks of sculptor and painter Bruno Torfs continues to bring joy and inspiration to visitors from all over the world. Nestled amongst the luscious rainforest setting in Marysville, lives a collecion of unforgettable characters lovingly hand crafted by Bruno from clay and fired onsite in his kiln. Bruno has created a world rich with fantasy.

On the 7th day of February in 2009 there was this very big fire in Marysville, now known as the Black Saturday bushfire. The home of Bruno as well as his art gallery was destroyed. He is just very lucky that he survived.
Bruno chose to stay in Marysville where he rebuilt his home and his gardens.

Although this was a place that is very serene and full of story, my family had so much fun in the gardens…haha trying to copy the poses of the sculptures!

I love this post. Thank You. I love this kind of sculpture parks. In Finland we have few, but there are two main sculpture parks, which are absolutely worth for a visit. Here:

We love art in their many forms like snow art, ice art and sand art. I have many posts presenting those.
Have a wonderful day!
